Best practices for accessing your exchanges in a highly secure way:

Before accessing your trading platform, be sure your Mac or PC is free of malware and viruses and is protected.
For the most protection, utilize a separate, highly secure, area on your device for trading. Or a separate device.
Secure your phone number.

Other Security Considerations

Use a separate email address for your login ID that is not used for anything else.
Implement (non text message) MFA and any other additional security measures for logging into your exchanges.
If you don't already have a secured method of storing your credentials, create one.

General Best Practices

Trade only from trusted sources.
Know and bookmark those URLs (don't use search engine to get there).
Implement a hardware wallet.
Make a plan for lost login credentials.
Make a plan in the case of your death or other scenario where you are not able to access your accounts.
